BELSIZE PARK GARDENS | LONDON

A loft conversion and roof extension project to a top floor duplex apartment in the Belsize Conservation Area, London. 

 The project proposes three new dormers with external roof terrace gardens and an internal remodelling to provide an open plan living/kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms with ensuites and flexible home office / third bedroom. Material choices for the dormers include hanging slate tiles and dark grey zinc cladding which are sensitive to the local context.  

Construction is due to start in Autumn 2023.
