COVENT GARDEN OFFICE AND CINEMA

A 5-storey mixed-use office fit-out project located in Covent Garden, Central London.

With 40,000 sqft of Gross Internal Area, the programming of the building has undergone a tenacious design approach to provide the Garden Cinema at ground and basement, office and communal amenity uses at ground and office and education uses for London Film School at Floors 01-04. 

The design aims to create a variety of flexible and informal spaces throughout the building including a top floor roof terrace with event space and breakout communal space around a central atrium on every floor.

The project was completed in 2025.
