This project proposes 355 new homes configured in a 36 storey tower and 10 storey joining block.
Key features include a range of internal and external amenity spaces including cinema room, gym, yoga terrace, working suite and club room. A new landscaped square is provided at ground level, with concealed servicing yard for deliveries and a car lift providing car parking spaces for 20 cars with EV charging points.
This project was granted Resolution for Approval in 2016 and the design lead for this project was GCA Managing Director, George Calver whilst with HTA Design LLP.
