A thoughful approach was required for the site which concertinas the layouts to maximise views over the park to the rear whilst a strong frontage to the main road at the front of the site. Corners are carved away to expose balconies and a setback top floor reduces the scale when viewed at street level.
A yellow stock and mixed red/brown brick and carefully considered to create elegant proportions with brick detailing around windows and at ground floor to create variety and texture.
Construction to commence in Autumn 2023.
